At Kalt90, each item is custom-made just for you. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or accidental orders.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we’ll make it right.
To request a replacement or refund:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Provide clear photos of the issue (e.g., misprint, damage, defect).
- Email us at info@kalt90.com.
Once your claim is verified, we’ll issue a free replacement or a full refund.
Important Notes:
- We are unable to accept returns for wrong size/color/design choices made at checkout.
- All sales are final unless the product is defective or incorrect due to our error.
